No Refund & No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products — which are consumable, health-related, and require strict hygiene standards — we do not accept any returns or offer refunds once the product has been sold and delivered.

Please note:

• All sales are final.

• We cannot accept returns for opened or unopened products.

• Refunds are not applicable under any circumstances, including dissatisfaction with taste, results, or perceived effectiveness.

• We do not offer exchanges or replacements unless the product is damaged during transit or you receive the wrong item.

Exceptions (Replacement Only):
If you receive a product that is:

• Physically damaged

• Defective in packaging

• Incorrect in product type or quantity

In such cases, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing hcoffglobalhub@gmail.com with your order ID, clear photographs, and a description of the issue.

Important:

• No returns will be processed without prior approval from our support team.

• All approved replacement claims will be shipped at no extra cost.
